Cancellation & Return/Exchange Policy


We understand that placing an order is an important decision, which is why our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please note that most of our clothing and selected accessories are made-to-order—once production begins, materials cannot be reused. The good news is that you may still cancel your order within the specified timeframes below.

Order Cancellation Terms


  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund covering 100% of the shipping cost + 50% of the product price.
  • Within 72 hours of payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund covering 50% of the shipping cost + 50% of the product price.
  • More than 72 hours after payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the shipping cost only.
  • Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled.

Payment Confirmation Notice: You will receive an email titled "[CosWigShop] Thanks For Your Order" once your payment is confirmed.

Return Process


  1. Initiate a Request: Contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of your order shipment. Include a detailed explanation and photos documenting the reason for return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
    Shipment Notice: You will receive an email titled "[CosWigShop] Order Status Changed" once your order is dispatched.


  2. Ship the Item Back: After your return request is approved, send the item along with the completed Product Return Form to the designated address as soon as possible.
  3. Processing & Refund Timeline:
    • Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect and process the return within 3–5 business days.
    • Upon confirmation of a valid return, refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your account.
    • Items returned in unacceptable condition will be rejected and shipped back to you without a refund.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    • You are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
    • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

  5. Refund Disbursement: We will issue your refund only after we have received and verified the returned package.

Return & Exchange Policy


Your satisfaction is our top priority. Upon receiving your order, please check immediately to confirm the costume matches your custom specifications. Try on the costume without removing tags, altering, or washing it to ensure a proper fit.

For a valid return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and clean
  • Free of lint, hair, or any other debris
  • All original tags and packaging intact

Custom-Sized Costumes


  • Custom-sized costumes are non-refundable for non-quality reasons.
  • If the finished costume’s size deviates significantly from your provided measurements, we will remake the costume for free of charge.
    Note: This free remake policy applies only to orders placed with our custom size option. It does not cover costumes ordered based on measurements sent via email.



Defective, Damaged, or Mis-Shipped Items


  • Items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped are eligible for a full refund.
  • To request a refund, provide our Customer Service team with clear photos showing the issue. For transit damage, you must also provide proof of damage documentation from the delivery carrier along with photos of the damaged packaging.
  • For missing items, we will arrange a free reshipment of the lost products.

Sizing & Fitting Issues


All our costumes are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, so a slight dimensional variance is inevitable. A 1–2 inch deviation from your specified measurements is considered acceptable.

Item Size Differs from Your Order Specifications


  • If the size deviation exceeds 1 inch, you may arrange local tailoring adjustments. We will reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price as tailoring costs.
    To claim reimbursement, contact us first and provide a valid tailor’s receipt.


  • If the size error is confirmed to be our fault (excluding the 1–2 cm acceptable variance), we will remake the costume for free.

Item Matches Your Order Size but Does Not Fit


  • Costumes that match your ordered specifications but do not fit cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If the issue is caused by incorrect measurements provided by you:
    • You may purchase a new costume at a 10% discount.
    • If you wish to have the original costume resized, you must cover the return shipping cost and pay the cost of the resizing service.


Color Mismatch


Product colors displayed on our website may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitor settings and lighting. Minor color discrepancies do not indicate a defective or mis-shipped item.

If you confirm that you received an item in the completely wrong color (unrelated to screen display differences), please contact our Customer Service team to discuss possible return or refund options.
