Defective products will be offered for an exchange.Buyers can return items in the original package within 5 days upon receiving if you are not happy with it. We will refund you or send replacement to you within 3 working days after items received.
The original Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Buyers are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns.

- Customised goods or items made to your specific requirements
- Items that match the size you ordered but do not fit
- Goods damaged due to improper use or intentional damage
Additional Return Requirements
- Returned goods must be in saleable condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and clean, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Package the goods carefully to protect both the item and its brand packaging (if applicable) from transit damage. CosWigShop and our retailers accept no responsibility for items damaged during return shipping.
- Once your return application is approved (usually within 48 hours), you will receive detailed return instructions—please follow them strictly.
- You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (and insuring the parcel based on the goods’ value if appropriate), and retaining proof of postage at all times. CosWigShop and our retailers accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.
