We offer custom sizing for shoes of any dimension. If you cannot find a size that fits, please leave your exact shoe size in the Special Instructions section at checkout.

Shipping Time


Delivery time varies depending on your selected shipping method.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 10–12 business days to major destinations.
    Example: Orders shipped via Expedited service typically arrive within 10–12 business days. Delivery will be automatically postponed to the next business day if the estimated arrival date falls on a public holiday.



We strongly recommend confirming your expected delivery date on the cart page before checkout. If the timeline does not meet your needs, we will contact you via email to discuss alternatives.

About Inventory


  • Most of our cosplay costumes and wigs are in stock and ready to ship.
  • For zentais and shoes (whether standard or custom-sized), all items are made-to-order and crafted from scratch after you place your order.

Returns


If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the entire order or any portion of it for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. After registration, send the goods back to the retailer in accordance with their instructions without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of return registration.

How to Start the Returns Process


Contact us via email or live chat to request return assistance. Be sure to include the reason for your refund application, and we recommend attaching relevant photos for faster processing.

Important Note


All returns must be sent directly to the applicable retailer. Do NOT return any items to the CosWigShop head office—we will not accept liability for any goods shipped to our head office address.

The same exclusions that apply to the right of withdrawal also apply to returns. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customised goods or items made to your specific requirements
  • Items that match the size you ordered but do not fit
  • Goods damaged due to improper use or intentional damage

Additional Return Requirements


  1. Returned goods must be in saleable condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and clean, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Package the goods carefully to protect both the item and its brand packaging (if applicable) from transit damage. CosWigShop and our retailers accept no responsibility for items damaged during return shipping.
  3. Once your return application is approved (usually within 48 hours), you will receive detailed return instructions—please follow them strictly.
  4. You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (and insuring the parcel based on the goods’ value if appropriate), and retaining proof of postage at all times. CosWigShop and our retailers accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.
  5. We will process your full refund within 7 days of the retailer receiving and verifying the returned package.

If a returned item fails to meet the above conditions, your return may be rejected and the item sent back to you, or a partial refund may be offered at the retailer’s discretion.

Damaged or Faulty Goods


If your order arrives damaged, or you encounter issues with a purchased product, contact the retailer to raise an enquiry as soon as possible via live chat or email.

Note: Most retailers require you to provide photos or videos showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item before they can offer a resolution.


Common solutions for damaged or faulty goods include:

  • The retailer arranging a replacement
  • The retailer offering a discount for you to keep the item with minor damage

If the retailer cannot provide a replacement and you do not wish to accept a discount, you may cancel the order and return the goods for a full refund. Some retailers may offer to collect the item from you, or provide a free return shipping label. If neither option is available, the retailer will refund reasonable return postage costs upon receipt of your shipping receipt.

Refusing Delivery


If you refuse to accept delivery of all or part of your order (and the products or packaging show no signs of damage or defect), any fees or charges incurred by the retailer due to the refused delivery may be deducted from your refund. The same rule applies if the delivery tracking shows an attempted delivery, the item is held at a postal depot for collection, and you fail to collect it, resulting in the item being returned to the sender.

Refunds


  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the retailer receiving and approving the returned goods.
  2. If the retailer offers to collect the goods, your refund will be processed within 7 days of you cancelling the contract.
  3. You will receive an email notification once the retailer receives the returned items and approves the return.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some bank transfer methods (e.g., Western Union) cannot be processed for refunds—contact us for assistance if this applies to you.
  5. Refunds typically take 1–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Exchanges


Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, then place a new order for your desired item.

Sizing or Fitting Issues


All our costumes are hand-sewn, so the finished product may vary by approximately 1–2 inches from the listed measurements.

If your costume is too large or too small, you may apply for a return, or contact customer service to purchase a replacement at a discounted price.

Cancellation Policy


We understand that ordering custom items is an important decision, and our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties. Please note that most of our clothing and accessories are made-to-order, and materials cannot be reused once production has started. You may still cancel your order after payment, subject to the following terms:

  • Within 24 hours of payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund (100% of shipping cost + 50% of product price).
  • Within 72 hours of payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund (50% of shipping cost + 50% of product price).
  • More than 72 hours after payment confirmation: Eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the shipping cost only.
  • Once shipped: Orders cannot be cancelled.
