    I hate to give this dress a bad review because it is pretty. However, I am very disappointed with the “custom sizing” and the customer service I received in regards to this product. I ordered it with my custom measurement and height and it is way too long. When I emailed the shop, they fought back-and-forth in emails with me. Finally, they said I could send it back for them to fix but I would have to pay shipping. Cos Wig Shop’s policy says if you are not happy with the custom sizing, then they will send you a new one for free. This was never offered to me through the many emails, and I just decided not to deal with them anymore. But I am very upset and unhappy with my purchase. I never received an apology or anything. I will not be buying from this shop again.
